We are pregnant!
I’ve been in denial for a couple of weeks – excusing the queasiness for the airplane rides to and from NY and then kiddie rides at the state fair. I was wrong…we are very pregnant and we couldn’t be more excited! I went to the doctor’s office this morning to confirm – I’m about 6 weeks along and due in late June.
Nana and Papa are praying hard for a little girl, obviously – they have already bought the first gift – a pink bunny. Reagan says his little sister’s name is “astronaut” and he wants her to come out “now!” Seriously, we are going to be thrilled with whatever God has chosen to bless us with.
We appreciate your prayers for us over the next 9 months or so. Leave me some comment love with your baby name suggestions! (feel free to leave off the scary pregnancy and labor stories, please!)
Name suggestions? What’s wrong with Astronaut?!? I think Reagan is on to something…
Congrats to you & Don. What a trip!

Happy, happy! Joy, joy!
I am so excited for you and your schmoochie!
I think God is going to give you a very cool name for a girl.
Might I suggest Kleetus if it is a boy? Oh wait… we already have one of those. I’ll keep thinking.
Love you

I’m thinking Adolphus if it’s a boy and Orpah if it’s a girl.
Fine. I’ll let you guys decide.
Congratulations. Reagan is going to be a terrific big brother.

I’m soooooo happy for you, Don and Reagan… and of course, your other two children. : ) My name suggestion will be what it always is…Stephanie if it’s a girl, and Stephen if it’s a boy. : ) I know your baby will be adorable, but how cute would your kid be with red hair??? Didn’t Reagan have a little red on the head when he was born??? Fingers crossed!! You’ll have a great pregnancy and a precious new little one soon. Can’t wait to come up and meet her, or him!

Congratulations!! Congratulations!! Now I have to go through the whole process of being sick with jealously over how good you look pregnant again.
As for the birth horror stories- believe me, after the first it gets MUCH easier!!
How about a couple girl names we didn’t end up using? Ellen, Irene, and Rosalie Grace. (Brenna would have been Ryan if she hadn’t been our Bren!)
May God Bless you with only 25 pounds of baby weight, a total lack of spider veins, minimal nausea and a really strong back- oh, and a heart that’s doubling even now as your little one grows. Yes, you WILL love the new baby just as much as you love curly top. However hard that is to believe now.

How exciting!! Congratulations to you and the family. As for names: I’ve always liked the names Faith and Sophia for a girl, and Parker and Taylor for a boy. Good luck with everything!

I am so happy for you and Don! Hmmm name suggestions….how about Deborah if its a girl, then she will be a mighty prophet, and Elijah if it’s a boy, either way you will have some God hearers on your hands!! Love ya!

Mr. Ed says;
My favorite girl name is my grand daughter”s name, Caroline Grace. My daughter escaped the name Melody Star back in the days when I thought it was cool to name a child after a burlesque star. Don’t recommend that for your daughter. Congratulations
