Many of you know about the fight my family has been in for several months. My Aunt Kristy has been in a battle with brain cancer and tonight she went to be with the Lord. My heart aches for my Uncle Milton, their two daughters, Julie and Jennifer, and their four grandkids. My parents will be leaving tomorrow to go and be with their family. We appreciate your prayers – this has been a difficult time and it is only by the grace of God that Aunt Kristy’s precious family has been able to get through this.
My Aunt Kristy was an amazing woman – a woman of God who served others with her life. She was a fantastic writer and artist and the world will miss her greatly. She and Uncle Milton raised two amazing daughters who stay behind to carry on her legacy. I can’t wait to see how God uses them to touch the world as He did their mom.

My prayers are with you all.
I have been reading her blog and following the incredible journey they have been on. I have read and cried some nights until my eyes hurt. I have read so many of her stories and been inspired. I didn’t even know her and my life has been touched by hers.
It’s so amazing to think of what a perfect place she’s in, and that there’s no more pain. And quite frankly, I’m slightly jealous. She’s actually with HIM! How cool is that!
I have followed your Aunt Krisy’s story ever since I began reading your blog. Her life and the entire family’s life has certainly touched so many others. Our prayers are indeed with all of them. Thank you so much for your update.
